Dr. McKinley and the staff at South Howard Hospital were so absolutely amazing to our 2 year old kitten Cheetah. We thought there was no hope for him back a year ago. Ppl have to understand the owner, when u get to know him hes a great man i have been going to EP for 10 yrs. As for there animals there are not in bad health NOT at all, i have fish i bought 4 yrs ago and all 8 fish are still alive. Also 3 waterdragons i have had over a year 100% good health. 30 pak of superworms had 35 so ppl can stop lying lol the closing store soon anyways, to bad :-(

Pretty much always have a good experience here. Only complaint is sometimes they should open another lane during a rush of customers at checkout. Most of the time they do, but I’d say about 30-40% of the time that is not the case. Otherwise it’s a great store. (Regardless of all that, don’t buy pets at pet stores, it’s a cruel inhumane industry. Stick to just food, toys, bedding, litter, etc)

Shirley is a very nice lady and was very good with the dogs. She groomed our Shih Tzu pups exactly as we asked and did a wonderful job. She took extra care with my Kassidy to clean her ears.
Unfortunately there was dog hair everywhere of all colors definitely not from just one dog. So in fairness it did appear she had a busy day.

I have taken my large, long-haired dog to Victorias Pet Spa for years and have been very happy with the services. When I first got my dog, I took him to a local pet grooming franchise and multiple staff were only able to get 3 of his nails done. They told me that he is too strong and they couldnt complete the groom. Then I took him to Victoria who has had no problem from the get-go. She knows dogs very well an how to calm and handle them. He comes out happy and looking great. I highly recommend!

I can not say enough about how good my experience was with "PAWZ ABOVE THE REST". I am a new "puppy" owner and was very worried about where to take my "Tucker" for his cuts. My first experience with another groomer was not great so then I heard that a new groomer was in my area I thought I would try it out. I have now found my "groomer for life". Not only is Michelle a wonderful groomer, she is excellent with my puppy and the shop is clean, neat and very professional. I was extremely happy with his cut and will continue to go back. I highly recommend trying "PAWZ ABOVE THE REST"
