I have never encounter such a rude, insulting and discriminatory agency. I just called to ask for an interpretation service for a religious conference in Edmonton and the lady on the phone said that I may not be able to afford their services and wished me luck finding a cheap agency. She didn't even said how much they charge... I could not believe it!!!!. I felt insulted and discriminated. My suggestion: Acasa should be your last choice.
