Worst clinic in the city. The doctor you have is never available and you cannot make an appointment for a walk in. The receptionists are rude and uninformed.

Patients time not a consideration.

False advertising. I was advised that wait times of 30 to 50 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time was the norm. But only after I said I would have to reschedule because I could no longer wait as I had somewhere else to be. No apologies! And I was informed that I would be billed a no-show fee. I was on time, the doctor wasn't. No one called to let me know they were running behind. Obviously this clinic does not think that thier patients time is very important. I thought the location would be convienient.The location is only convenient if they dont' keep you waiting for ridiculous periods of time. and I am only looking for a new doctor, because my current doctor ( whose office calls when he is running behind to let you know to come later or reschedule) is retiring. I guess I and my family will keep looking. Thankfully my doctor has given us 9 months notice of his retirement date.
