Among all the Safeways in NW, the Kensington has the worst service. Most of the employees are extremely rude. The deli people are not well-trained to handle food. Last week I was there to get some fresh salad. The girl who was serving me was holding the salad bowl lid against the dress - the lid was touching her apron. When I pointed it out to her, she literally lashed out at me instead of apologizing.
