After having an awful experience at the downtown office, I drove to this location. Staff are very pleasant, well informed and empathetic. They turned me away examining steps to take and when I came, I was greeted with the same outstanding service from other staff. I wish the downtown location would learn a thing or two from these folks!

I would like to thank again officer David for an excellent service I received the other day at the Service Canada NW location. The officer was very courteous, well mannered, respectful and very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
