Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service. I have used this store for 40 years and it consistently gets worse. I asked for help today. Was told by a young woman that "it wasn't their problem" WELL - that's what Customer Service is! Helping someone with their problem for a reasonable amount of time. This transaction was 30 seconds. Will never go back, never us and tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.
