Recall work done. Waited 4 months for an appointment (6:30AM), dropped my car off the afternoon before. Received word at 4:50 PM the day of appointment that it was ready, but shuttles stopped at 5:00PM - said they would need to figure something out and would call back. I said let me know. No call back! Friday night - I had plans. Next day I have to call them to come get me. Recall work done, but they lost my engine shroud! Terrible staff - very unprofessional!
