Terrible company. Wait times are horrendous. Tried to cancel my policy for over a week and they refuse to return my phone calls or respond to emails. Do not use them.

Horrible wait times and customer service

Garbage customer service. Horibble reaction time. Time after time of phoning and emailing and takes forever to get answers. Have my drivers license and info but still can't offer an accurate quote. They go by my memory. Had a ticket I thought was gotten years ago turned out it was 2 years 10 months ago. Ended up changing my quote by $400 for a failure to come to a complete stop ticket. Other than that absolutely no tickets. The kicker is they told me 20+ days later.
