Overpriced and unprofessional. I went there a month ago for some highlights. I had short fine blonde hair that was brassy. I requested a shorter cut and ash coloured highlights. I was there for over 3 hours as my stylist did two other cuts while I waited with toner on my head. two junior stylist rinsed out the toner. I was charged a senior stylist price of $300. I haven't wrote my review until now as I was too angry and shocked at the time. I paid way too much for very little.
