All about selling but when it comes to customer service nothing but waiting on hold ... 1.5 hours now and still on hold! Can’t complain about the service ...there is none!!!
Quite possibly the worst wifi service Ive ever encountered. If youre just gonna watch netflix or use your phone on the wifi, great, however ever since shaw has switched to a blue curve router, it is very spotty wifi; cuts out every now and then for a couple minutes, if you play online video games this is definitely the worst wifi service to have. Lag spikes around every 5 minutes to 30 seconds. Everytime I turned my ps4 on, Id have to go to settings to reconnect to the wifi. Truly garbage wifi
On hold for 1hr and 30 minutes last night.. Tried to phone today ,on hold for 45 minutes. I guess Shaw can not be reached by phone even though they tell you to remain on the line to cancel service.
