Wanted to support a local shop for a dyno tune for some simple mods on a modern truck. Spent over $1100 on a dyno tune to get a truck back with engine codes, running overly rich with lacking performance and fuel economy. Over a year of Chris attempting to fix his tune with being left high and dry with no customer service I was forced to buy an email tune. The email tune from a company in the States did a night and day better job than Chris could do in person on his dyno. Definitely avoid.
Did a complete drivetrain swap on my 08 vortecmax (l76/4l70e-l92/6l80e) and ran into a module correlation issue couldn’t pinpoint the issue with my tools and my only choice was to start replacing modules decided to take it into a better equipped shop to have them pinpoint the issue for me I took the truck to two different shops/tuners before hand wasting cash/time, the truck was down for 8 months CCMR went above and beyond to help get it back on the road quickly very pleased with CCMRs knowledge
