We will never use Reliance ever again. We leasd a Carrier unit which stopped working in less than a year and have been without aircon for the last 2 1/2 weeks, during a heatwave. Noone is available on a short notice, next day service advertisement is crap. Good luck on trying to talk to someone locally. The call center employees are trying to help but don't have access to scheduling in BC..?? I just want to get someone to come over and take this piece of crap away.
Dylan and his team of installers did a wonderful job of installing our air conditioning. They worked very efficiently and explained everything along the way, as well as a final review of operating the thermostat. Thank you!
If i could leave - stars i would , STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY i entered into a lease for a water heater ,i was told at the end of 7 years the tank would be payed off
Its been 5 years and i recently sold my home ,so i had to buy out the remainder,
They informed me that even after 5 years of payments (app $1000) that i would have to give them another $971.00,i tryed to talk with a superviser 2 times they put me on hold and then hung up!!!

I thought the whole experience was very good from sales to installation. I have to say Gary was very personable and professional and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was so good that all I wanted was hot water on demand and ended up also with central air. All in all a great group of guys and a great company.
