On the phone the lady wouldnt tell me how much they charged to do a basic tax return, in which all the papers were in perfect order; and said if I didnt like it, I should go somewhere else. Then they charged $100. ($35. more than another location), and had a very slow person to the work. Not going back there, thats for sure.
