Bought a HP ProBook laptop. Love it. Great sales service, good price and quick delivery. Show-stopper: Technical could not recover any of my documents and pictures. Told they could send out for recovery -- expensive! Took hard drive to local co. No problem, but cost $200. For this reason, I would not recommend Interactive. Their technical should have equipment to do proper recovery. I have heard this from others, as well. It's a shame -- Take note, Interactive: word is getting around.
