First snowy day of the season and already CJ's taxi has been in two van right off accidents. Shouldn't the drivers be more aware? Shouldn't they know how to drive on snowy roads? Isn't that driver 101 and still those cab drivers are still driving

Very rude operator, no good customer service. I ordered a taxi from the main entrance of VRH, 20 minutes later I saw the taxi leaving from the emergency entrance. I called this taxi company that I’d been standing at the main entrance and I didn’t see a taxi, he rudely interrupted me insisting that the taxi was at the main entrance and I was lying, I tried explaining that it’s my experience and I was out there in front of the hospital and this operator hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend.
