It's about you! Personal training, Pilates conditioning, Yoga, and post-physiotherapy rehabilitation designed specifically for you. Whether you chose private instruction or our small group classes (with never more than 10 registered clients in the class), modifications and variations of classic exercise routines will ensure that you are effectively and efficiently working towards your goal. During all sessions we provide feedback that allows you to understand the biomechanics of the exercise.
