The first time I had my hair done here it went well and I left the studio happy and loving my hair. However, the second time I went, I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and he was so excited to do it. This resulted in 6 hours at the studio, an unfinished cut, and 5 different colours of blond in my hair (I wanted a light brown/ashy colour). The stylist had curled my hair so I did not notice until a couple of days later that my hair was a total disaster. When calling the studio to complain that it was not anything close to what I wanted, the owner, Brandy, was extremely rude and claimed that I was warned about the price and the time commitment (which I was not). She referred to her studio as being high end and that the treatment I got should have cost $600. If peeling paint, red velvet chairs, broken drawers on stations and tiles that are off the wall and in a piles around the salon is considered high end, then this studio is of the highest. In the end, the stylist did fix my hair for no charge and I am much happier but will never return to this studio again nor recommend it to anyone.
