I dropped my phone off for repair at a location in Edmonton. I asked that it be sent to the bell mobility location at Lime Ridge Mall in Hamilton. When I went to the store, they knew nothing of the repair. I asked to speak to a manager, she was rude and treated me with great disrespect. After becoming mildly frustrated, no one had any intent to help me, and I switched to Koodo mobile for my personal account and Fido mobile for my business accounts. Best move I ever made! Saves money and never have been treated better. Goodbye Bell!
