You get what you pay for
If you're looking for affordable housing that is all inclusive, free parking, pool from July-Sept, then you're on the right page. If you're looking for bed bugs, cockroaches, ants, mice, dirty building, then you're on the right page. I have lived here for a year and I wish I would have taken this building to court to get out of my lease! Don't get me wrong, there are some really nice people/families in this building, but there are also low life, drug dealing losers in this building. My advice: sacrifice paying more for rent so you don't have to deal with this place.
