Dean is the best mechanic; I refer to him as Doc Dean for a reason! ?? I have been trusting him for many years with my vehicle issues and along with his expertise, Dean is an honest man with a stellar work ethic. Kudos, Dean, and thank you!
Dean is a great mechanic which makes him very busy. Reasonably priced and gives straight up honest advice. Would recommend appointment if possible and you should be prepared to leave vehicle for a day or two if you can.
Fair and knowledgable but usually quite busy. Appointments definitely recommended. I love the grudges are good places to get ripped off this one is not
Based on the 5 star ratings I saw, I dropped my vehicle off at Dean's on a Monday. Tuesday I phoned him for update and he told me he was working to catch up on his appointments. Wednesday at 4:30 pm I phoned him and he told he that he had just two more cars to go and would get mine in just before close. On Thursday I showed up at about 4 pm and car was still not looked at. Took my keys and brought car to another garage. Won't be back here again. Found dent in door which was not there too.
Been going to Dean for 18 Plus yrs and trust him and his judgement totally, honest never over charges,stands behind his work, great guy, have and will continue to recommend Dean
