    Bobby and the other gentleman who was serving me were both very knowledgeable and put a plan of action together to solve my problem with my pool. Highly recommend this company

    Intervened with a pool vacuum robot manufacturer for service on a bit of a "lemon" which had gone in for warranty work 2x but a 3x problem out of warranty, Discounters' management put on the pressure and got it fixed up for free. Anyone who saves me a few hundred bucks gets remembered for comeback business!

    Horrible service!.. I have been waiting for over 4 months for items that I purchased in April that I have paid for. They ran out of stock on these items and stated that they would be in store within 2 weeks of the order being placed. The manager is never in the store and the store employees do not have empathy for this situation. I just want to get my money back or receive the items that I paid for over 4 months ago!!
