Very unprofessional and rude
Went to this guy with an appointment. Made that appointment 3 days ago. When I went their, found that he hasn't even opened his shop in the morning. Comes after 30 minutes when I called him. Kept me sitting for 1.5 hours and didn't even start working. When I asked him nicely, he go arrogant and said me that I can take my car back if I want. He will need 1 hour more to done. While he hasn't even started yet. Too much arrogance and unprofessional-ism. Seems he doesn't care about his customers.
