    I have always had issues with my eyeliner running and smudging! When I found out that Tammy was doing permanent makeup, I didn't hesitate in making an appointment. It truly was a painless experience. I Love my smudge proof eyeliner and I don't have to worry about looking like a raccoon again!!! Thank you Tammy! I LOVE my eyes!!
