I purchased a used cell-phone on February 10, 2014, which was supposed to be unlocked but wasn't, a circumstance which is not common but certainly not unknown in the used cell phone business. For reasons not completely within the control of Cellular=Pro, it was not unlocked for nearly forty-eight hours. During that period, Cellular-Pro keep me informed in a courteous, competent and honest fashion so while I was not pleased by the delay, I was left with a very positive feeling about this firm.
