Worst of the worst fern and Dino ripped me off stole money from me, then had the nerve to bad mouth me all over town when I relapsed 30 years ago. No talent, no skill, and no creativity. Dino thinks he’s so good looking…. How lame, and a lousy no skill stylist. Not nice or honest people at all!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
It you are interested in getting highlights but are scared of getting a brassy blond colour... I would recommend going to Fernandino and asking for Alex. She really understands hair colouring, cuts, and styling. I cannot wait for her to return from vacation.
I had a hair cut by the owner today. I am sorry I was not impressed. Everything done with a electric trimmer. No sisors. Very rushed. Very uneven cut. My advice stay away.
Terrible customer service. Had an appointment and they kept me waiting for 25 minutes; after that they told me it will be another 20/25 minutes. Left without getting my hair cut. I was a repeat customer until this, I will not recommend to anyone.
I have been a repeat customer at Joseph's salon for 10 years. Normally I use the same stylist with each visit - but this time he was on a well deserved vacation. My replacement stylist was professional and friendly - and I left satisfied. However, I almost left without even getting my haircut. The reception staff were incredibly rude and catty.
