Absulotely terrible. I wish I had read these reviews before booking these guys. Its been 10 days missing item/ broken item & no reply from anyone, no movement on the monetary claim. I don’t know how a moving company can loose a box spring for mattress. Alex guy is great until he secures your business. Tamara keeps saying she is just a clerk. Only thing they want to make sure is to take all your money.
After a few delays and an outrageous bill I realized I was missing 3 boxes of valuables and my entire Christmas tree. I was rushed to sign the sheet of paper saying I received all goods because they had 'other moves'- which I don't doubt they did, however I had NO time to tally my boxes and no time to tell them there were 3 missing boxes. After emailing the movers they basically said they cant do anything about it. Their only job is to move my things from point A to B safely. Not to mention ther
Worst company ever. These guys are scammers. They quote you one thing and double the charge. And they DON"T EVEN WEIGH YOUR ITEMS> They use some arbitrary "volume calculation" which doubles the original quote. And they have a reputation for delivering things broken and damaged.
Terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST!! They told me my stuff would arrive in 2-5 weeks. Its been 2 months now and they are avoiding my calls
