I will be here until the end of December and then Erin is scheduled to return. I thought I should begin by telling you a little about myself.Today marks my twenty-first anniversary as a priest. On Mother's Day in 1993, I was ordained a priest in Christ Church Brampton by the Rt. Rev. Joe Fricker. As my son was fond of saying, on Mother's day, my mother became a Father. I graduated from Trinity college, University of Toronto and the Toronto School of Theology in April of 1992 and was ordained as a deacon on November 1, 1992. Before that I was a Medical Technologist.
