Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer was formed in 2000 by a three-way merger between Freshfields (UK), Deringer Tessin Herrmann & Sedemund (Germany) and Bruckhaus Westrick Heller Löber (Germany/Austria).This brought together hundreds of years of experience, dating back to 1743 in the UK and 1840 in
