Went to scan some pictures to an e-mail yesterday for posting to Facebook. The girl at the front desk who does not speak English was expecting a "guest" and interrupted my transaction to go direct her friend to the store. In the end, the pictures were not sent to me in a usable format. When I called to report this she just kept saying "you have to download it". I explained that I have tried but it was not sent to me in a format that enables this action, then she hung up on me.
