No one answers the phone!!! I’ve called plenty times for an emergency question and each time I was kept on hold for over 10-15 min EACHTIME so I ended up hanging up and having to take the TTC OVER to end up in the waiting room greeted by 2 angry receptionist, and I can’t swich lambs because there isint on anywhere else that it close to me and I have to leave a urine sample once a week and every time I go in there are the same two angry receptionist who never answer the phone An loose my paperwor
