Through our Opening Yoga to Everyone TM program, we offer adaptive yoga instruction in the Twin Cities area and teacher training for yoga teachers from across the country.We have trained over 500 yoga teachers nationally and internationally in our pioneering method. Mind Body Solutions also offers innovative workshops for caregivers and healthcare professionals, teaching to integrate practical mind-body techniques into daily practices, resulting in more satisfied, committed caregivers and better patient outcomes.
