I was overcharged...

I was overcharged for a service that was not completed. The owner deleted 5 years of information and replaced my laptop's internal hard drive without my authorization and he was not accountable for it.. H never gave me my money back and did not want to give me a receipt and I paid in cash. Same thing happened to my friend. (This is the same review that I copy pasted from another page that the owner of the business deleted because he did not like what I wrote)
