My experience was terrible.
I signed up for a introductory computer course with Word, Excel and Access. We had to call half a dozen times to get our questions answered. The pricey book we ordered took a month to arrive. The course was so confusing I had to call my tutor to ask questions. I soon found that the program I paid for to do the course was incompatible with the program in the book. They said the program was old and unable to acquire now but to try anyway, because 'everyone else could do it'. No refund was given.
