Inspec Maison made available to you to check the condition of your house, a multi-unit building, chalet or condo. It is the inspection of visible and accessible systems and components of a building: structure, exterior, roof, plumbing, electrical, heating, central air conditioning, interior,
insulation and ventilation. The inspection is completed by the submission of a written report containing recommendations and photos. We provide inspection services for pre-purchase, pre-sale, acceptance after construction, real estate health check and radon testing. Adrian Hodirnau, graduate in mechanical engineering and from the Grasset Institute, Beauce-Appalaches college, radon measurement certificate from the PNCR-C, in business since 2009, has the expertise and experience necessary to ensure your protection.
