Awful company!
Called them to open bike lock as we lost the key.
They gave min price of 35$ and told us it depends on the complication of the job.
The technician came, he said it was a complicated job thus quoted 95$.
Took less than 2min to cut through the standard Ulock. We complained asking how he justified it being a complicated job, the technician became defensive without wanting to reason. Spoke to a manager, he said job was final. Do not recommend this company, they are dishonest!
