My experience regarding the 1212 Rue Bishop: they are not honest at all. Please do not trust them fully.I gave them a deposit to hold a unit for me. I was told that the unit will be available for me to move in at the date we agreed. Due to my commitment and personal interest to the unit I did not look for another rental place. I have had took care of the guarantor as well( through locnest). Less than 24 hours before the day I was supposed to move in,agent told me that he was not given the key
