Great place if you don't mind the staff entering your apartment without permission - this happened twice in 6 months - once by staff member and another by manager. Also, you will freeze in the winter with the thin windows and concrete walls with no insulation = big hydro bills! Finally, at the end of your lease, get ready to get on your knees and scrub because manager requires a deep clean or he will not refund your deposit that he is not allowed to collect to begin with.
