Staff is very unfriendly and rude. The worst staff I've ever seen so far. Just to save some money, the management would not turn on the heat during the transition of season. I've called in and personally visited office to request if the heat could be turned on as the temperature at night will be dropping to near 0 degree celcius but I got a straight no. Instead, I was advised to buy a portable heater or to take an extra blanket.
