This provides greater consistency and better control of both quality and project schedules.HOW WE OPERATEAfter market service is a large part of our controls business. We service, and provide ongoing enhancements for a large installed base of DDC Building Automation Systems, including Delta, Walker and Honeywell systems of various vintages. Additionally, we provide optional 24 hour monitoring of the Building Automation System alarms. At any one time, we have experienced controls technicians on duty to provide repair services. A large percentage of our customer base is educational and multiple tenant residential.
