From these humble beginnings it transformed from a single employee operation to one that requires a full time dispatcher / billing specialist, a full time certified repair technician, a full-time apprentice, and three sub-contracted specialist technicians that the company brings in from time to time for complex jobs. In addition, to the in home service, its technicians provide a shop repair service for clients that prefer carry in service.
