Woodland Heritage Services (WHS) was founded early in 1999 by two archaeologists with decades of archaeology experience in Northern Ontario. We are archeological specialists in providing cultural heritage and archaeological management services for First Nations, the forest and mining industry, the transportation industry and the energy sector. Our archaeological and archaeology skills are equally well placed on large scale projects as they are on more modest developments which require an archaeologist to conduct heritage resource assessments. We have a keen understanding of the challenges of conducting archaeology in the north. We are as comfortable doing archaeology from a canoe as we are from a helicopter.

The Golden Gate Bonspiel Committee is getting excited as our 2014 bonspiel approaches.As of right now, we have a full slate of outoftown teams and need only 1 more local team to round out our 32team bracket! We especially want to encourage our newest curlers to participate in their first bonspiel, so please invite them to sign up (as teams or individuals) when you see them!As always, putting on a great 3day bonspiel is an expensive undertaking, and we count on a few fundraising efforts at the bonspiel to reach our financial goals. To that end, we need your help to put together some great gift baskets for raffle as well as silent auction items and gift cards ($5 and up) for other games & activities.
