While we receive some funding from the Ontario government, in the form of a community-museum operating grant, and an additional grant from the Township of Norwich, we receive the majority of our funding from private donations, and fundraising activities. Money raised from these activities helps to support the educational programming, exhibition creation, historical research and artifact conservation that the Historical Society does on a daily basis.
