Best to make an appointment with May in the late afternoon. The spa has a new receptionist, May, from China, who is not fluent in Japanese, only two languages. The Asian-born masseuses may not have much experience in Canada. A Japanese woman might do the affordable services or a woman from China, like Yvonne. Y Spa is a little different, which interests me.
