Our teachers are equally committed and teach both our recreational students as well as our elite trained dancers. The Kitchener Kicks Martial Arts Centre was founded in 1975 by Master Ron Day, who, before his untimely passing in September of 2008, had dedicated his entire life to the development, betterment, and ultimate accomplishment of establishing one of the finest and longest serving Martial Arts schools in Waterloo Region.

We offer both a kids and an adult program. Children 4 and up are encouraged to come in and try a fun-fillled class of Kung Fu training.Recreational KickboxingParticipation in our recreational kickboxing program gives you a total body workout. Kickboxing in our sparring ring, on-going development of techniques, developing your endurance through bag work, complimented with the use of our weights ensures an all-round work out.
