The Kootenay Gallery of Art, History and Science, located in Castlegar, is a public art gallery that serves the entire West Kootenay Region with a variety of exhibitions and public programming for all ages and is operated by a Board of Directors and staff who strive to accomplish the goals set in our mission statement.
We are a custom framing shop for all of your framing needs whether for photos, prints, paintings or artwork. We can also frame memorabilia like sports jerseys or other precious keepsakes. We carry a large stock of frame mouldings and mat and our suppliers ensure we can get materials quickly from a selection of hundreds of frame and mat samples. We purchased the inventory and equipment from Ian who has operated in the area for many years and have moved the business to our new location at 947 Spokane Street in Trail."
