Her hats known as small upscale sculptures are created on the spur of the moment, resulting in an effect of symbiosis between the movement and the material: straw, felt, lace, fur, jute, felted wool and many more natural and organic fibers come to life at the touch of the artist's hand.

For more than thirty-five years, Martine Tremblay has participated in several group exhibitions and numerous symposiums, where she has received numerous mentions and awards. In 2008 two of her works were selected by the Société National des Beaux Arts de France for the exhibition at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, she was part of the delegation of Canadian artists. She will exhibit again in France in the Alpes Maritimes in 2012. In 2015, Italy was the host of her performances. Her work can be found in various galleries.
