It starts with a free phone call to 1-800-810-0000. Your call will be answered by a highly trained CCAC agent, who is a certified information and referral specialist. This means they have the skills and experience to understand your unique situation, working with you to identify the services that may help you. You can receive a customized "My Health GPS" information package by email or Canada Post describing the services you select, including location, hours of operation, contact information, eligibility criteria and more.
