The British Columbia Rodeo Association (BCRA) was formed in 1988 and became the primary governing body of rodeo in British Columbia when, the Interior Rodeo Association, Yellowhead Cowboys Association and the Vancouver Island Rodeo Association amalgamated. This amalgamation created a strong organization, combining decades of rodeo experience from all corners of the province. Over 500 members compete annually at rodeos throughout the Province of British Columbia. Our co-approving Associations include the PWRA and WIREA. The BCRA office is located in the heart of the Cariboo in Williams Lake British Columbia and employs one full time Office Manager and one seasonal office assistant.
