Having emerged in 1970, Third World Rally Victoriaville is officially incorporated in 1976 and then known as Third World Rally Bois -Francs ( RTMBF ) . For about ten years , the organization has concentrated its activities on the organization of an annual march whose profits go to support various development projects . In January 2000, RTMBF became North-South Solidarity Bois-Francs and its education component has become more and more important. Its logo symbolizes openness to the world and a desire to help to reconcile the North and South.
