Notre mission - Le Centre d’action bénévole des Îles-de-la-Madeleine est un organisme sans but lucratif fondé en 1989. L’organisme est affilié à la Fédération des centres d’action bénévole du Québec (FCABQ) depuis 1993. Les actions du Centre sont déployées sur tout le territoire des Îles-de-la-Madeleine, de Grande-Entrée à Havre-Aubert, en passant par l’Île d’Entrée. Le Centre d’action bénévole des Îles est le carrefour de l’action bénévole et communautaire aux Îles-de-la-Madeleine. Il a pour mission de promouvoir et développer l’action bénévole dans les différents secteurs. Le Centre tente de favoriser un espace d’engagement bénévole autour des enjeux sociocommunautaires et humanitaires qui concernent la population madelinienne.
